Taking your oral health to a whole new level! Do you brush twice a day? Are you flossing once a day? Are you seeing a dentist AT LEAST twice a year? If you answered no to any of these questions this is the perfect new year’s resolution for you!
Oral Health Is The New Year Resolution
We know most people hate visiting the dentist, but it’s better to visit us twice a year and maintain your oral health than it is only come into our office when you have a problem area. Most of the time we see patients who only come in when there is a problem, but that’s more expensive than if you just saw us regularly for your dental checkups. Filling’s are inexpensive compared to a root canal or extraction.
We know you think getting your teeth is a pain, but really it isn’t. It takes 45 minutes if that, and some x-rays to ensure you are taking care of your mouth. Did you know our hygienist’s and dentist’s can catch oral cancer or other problem area’s before they get worse. So why not come in twice a year at a minimum?
Make sure you are flossing once a day at least. Do you sit in a lot of traffic each day? Throw some floss in your car this way when you are sitting in traffic bored you can maintain your smile.
Also, but most importantly brush at least twice a day! This takes three minutes in the morning and three minutes in the evening! Maintaining your oral health isn’t painful neglecting your oral health is!
