Do You Know How Hard Dental Assistants Work?

Dental Assistants Put In A Lot of Hard Work

I am sure you have been to your dental visit recently and had some work done performed by your dentist..right? Have you ever noticed just how hard the dental assistants in the practice work? They are the ones who greet you upon bringing you back before your treatment. Asking about any concerns you may have and answering any questions you may have. They are the ones who set up the entire room for the treatment that the dentist will be performing. They are handing instruments to your dentist the entire time, and once he is finished he simply leaves the room. Your dental assistant stays, ensures you are ok and walks you back out to the lobby telling you to; “Have a nice day and call us if you need anything.” They will then return back to that same room and begin breaking down the room, ensuring everything is cleaned and sanitized properly before having to start the entire process all over again.

Dental Assistant Appreciation Week

This week marks the start of dental assistant appreciation week. Which in reality we should always appreciate our dental assistants everyday. They work hard day in and day out, there is never a break for them. Next time you go to your dental visit for treatment ensure you tell your dental assistant “thank you” they do a lot more than you think. We want to thank our awesome dental assistants for all that they do! Brittany, Chasity, Rachel, Tayler and Lindsey without all of your hard work our dentists wouldn’t know what to do! Thank you for all of your hard work that you guys do each and everyday, we appreciate all that you guys do!
